Course Introduction

We are offering the chance to sit a Consortium pre-test mock exam.

This is a paper-based mock exam created in-house by our entrance exam expert, Jacob Shephard. It matches the content (including puzzles and creative comprehension) and the timings of the Consortium pre-test.

Course Schedule

This is a valuable opportunity for your daughter to sit a full mock Consortium exam before the real tests at the beginning of December. The results will guide their preparation over the important coming weeks.

These papers will test Maths, English, VR and NVR, plus Creative Comprehension (questions on multiple related sources) and Puzzles.

You will receive a detailed, personal feedback report produced by Jacob Shephard. The report is shared with all Winterwood tutors working with your daughter.

“Jacob is extremely methodical and thorough and I know my daughter is in the best teaching hands. He always takes time to explain the details of the lesson to me and his lesson reports are written almost real time which is extremely helpful and highlights how diligent he is. He has been an immense support to my daughter.”

Our Cancellation Policy

If you cancel less than one week ahead of the exam, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable to another date or another student.

If you cancel outside of the one week exam date, we will happily credit your account to attend a future mock.

If you do not show up for a mock, you are not eligible for a credit or refund.

Why we charge a cancellation fee

This is to cover the tutors’ reserved time to run a mock exam, to pay for their time spent pre-planning the exam and relevant material, printing fees incurred and the loss of revenue to Winterwood as it is often too late to fill a cancelled space.  More importantly, other students miss out on attending an exam.
