Jade co-founded Winterwood in 2011, she is non-executive director, and she is an important shareholder.

Jade co-founded Winterwood, whilst completing an MA in Renaissance Literature.  Prior to this, Jade worked as an independent private tutor from 2008 onwards, and so has seventeen years’ experience in the industry.
